TERMS OF SERVICE

I take full money upfront though Paypal Invoice or other ways that fits. The payment can be half-half if it's more than 600$. One half is partial paid upfront and other half when I started update.

I'll start scheduling the timing to work on when you have sent the payment. And it'll have the estimated time the work is working on.

Feel free to contact me, give me DMs asking for updates, I usually response in roughly 1-3 days depends on if I'm busy atm or not.​

Commission normally will be done from 1-3 months starting from when I started.

I'll soon re-open trello page to let clients know on the updates and process, this site will update when that happened.

I'll fix, edit, revision the model rig as needed with you, but if I find it too much, unnecessary, I'm allow to refuse. And if it's too much edit that I find that get us to no where, the commission are subject to cancellation.

You can use my rig for anything Vtuber-related. Including streaming, making contents, ...etc

My Animation can be use for any non-commercial use or streaming/social media post even if it's commercial use.

Unless discussed prior, i'm allow to post video of my work anywhere i like for any use.

I do not allow or support any AI-related use with my works.

If any chargeback is made, then you lose every rights to use my work, and of course we'll never work on any project later on. 

Both the client and the Live2D animator reserve the right to exit the project at any time. All financial matters, such as payment or refund, must be addressed before project termination.

From personal reasons, I'll cancel the commission and refund ranging from full to partly or no refund (depends on the situation) if I find the commission make me suffer mentally or physically.. This terms was create from horrible experience I have with client before that lead me great mental distress. Do not worry, in normal commissions this term will almost never happen, let be nice to each other c:
